>   Please note: The heated swimming pool is open from May to September. The pool is closed from October to April. In exceptional circumstances (when the outside temperature is around or below 16°C), the pool will also remain closed.

>  The booking runs from Saturday to Saturday (arrival after 4 p.m., departure before 10 a.m.)

>   In the low season (except for Christmas) and in the months April and May it is possible to rent for a minimum of 4 nights.

>   The booking includes electricity, water, fiber-optic internet, tourist tax, bed linen, tea towels &  bath towels (3 per guest). When the pool is open, we also provide one pool towel per guest. 

>   Final cleaning: € 200 (mandatory)

>   The beds are made on arrival

>   Weekly check/cleaning of the pool

>   Baby and toddler-friendly equipment available upon request (cot with cot bed duvet & linen, high chair, changing mat, baby bath, cutlery for toddlers, microwave) 

>   Welcome pack (tea, coffee, sugar and some snacks)

>   Local hostess nearby who can help you during your stay. She speaks French and can communicate in English with the help of translation apps

>   Are you staying for two weeks or more? Every Saturday you will receive clean bed linen and towels.

>   Extra services (optional and for a fee): weekly cleaning if booked two weeks or more, chef at home
